Rich and his assistant, Shona, were wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. Of course one hopes they don't need to ever go through "the process" of involving attorneys, but dealing with insurance companies and hospitals is not an easy task and it quickly becomes overwhelming. After my a...ccident, I was taken to the hospital to be checked out and it was there that it was confirmed that I had a broken thumb. Needing surgery, I thought it would be a relatively straight forward procedure that I would be able to handle myself. Unfortunately, that was not the case and after hours upon hours of researching whether or not to hire an attorney, I realized that this was probably beyond my scope of expertise and that it would be extremely time consuming to try and figure it all out. After my initial meeting with Rich, I understood the process better and knew which direction I needed to go in. Even so, questions kept arising and he kept providing answers. He was able to take a stressful and complicated process and make it manageable and digestable. It still wasn't easy per say but I felt as though I had a partner throughout the entire thing. It was as though I was talking to my older and more experienced brother (even though I am older than him) and someone who I knew had my best interest in mind the entire time. Choosing Rich Connelly among ALL the other choices I had was the best thing I could have done during this lengthy, stressful, and time consuming process.
