Hands Down Great!

In the courtroom, Christine was prepared, focused, and wanted to win. She made great closing arguments that covered the points that during the trial she learned were most important to our judge. Our judge admitted that he decided to change the ruling, more in our favor, as a result of hearing Christi...ne's closing arguements. I do not recommend divorce to anyone, but if it is unavoidable, I recommend Christine. I did not get everything I wanted, but considering what I was up against, I did pretty well. I ended up getting more time with my daughter in lieu of the recommendation to the contrary from the court appointed guardian. Again, Christine was prepared, focused, and wanted to win. In the end, that is what you want from your attorney. I do not think a better result could have been achieved for my particular case. Thank you Christine! Please keep up the good work. I have also read the other reviews on this site and did not find my experience with Christine to be anything close. She is very busy, but scheduling an appointment was never an issue. She is very blunt and sometimes I did not like what she would say, but she was right because she knows her stuff. A couple of times I wanted her to make a certain argument and she told me it was not a good argument and we found a way around what I wanted and she felt comfortable arguing.

Repeat Client

I used Christine three years ago to take over a nasty modification that had been messed up by two well respected firms. She was able to come in and clean up the mess and finish it quickly. Yes, she does spend a lot of time in court as mentioned in other reviews, but as she tells all her clients, al...l you have to do is set an appointment and you get your uninterrupted time. I spent thousands on other attorneys and she charged a fraction. She does not charge for every email, phone call or conference, only for court time and drafting of documents. Even after my case, if I had a quick question she always took my call and answered my question without charging me. Unfortunately, three years later I need her again and like before she was able to help me quickly and affordably.

Do not trust this attorney with your family or children's safety

Christine will change after she gets your retainer. She doesn't charge much after the initial retainer. Her pattern is to sell you on her "game plan", then after a short while she will agree with the opposing side and rush you (and pressure you), to the easiest possible solution for her and do the... exact opposite of what she promised she would do for you so she can be done with you because she already made her money on you. She is very, very unprofessional and cunning when she needs to over simplify your case so she can dump you in whatever way is convenient for her. She will go against you, lie to you but initially she will give you her big sales pitch plan when you look at her web site or meet with her. Her sales pitch is to ask you for all the money up front( a large sum), and then she bills you for a tiny fee each month thereafter. It is less than $100. Per month. When she wants to be done with the case, she promptly agrees with the opposing attorney on every issue and ignores you and refuses to respect your wishes. Christine Stadler temporarily lost her license in 2004 and was repremanded. Take heed. She is not a safe person to trust as your attorney. She is phoney sweet at first. Then later changes to a lying, table turning person, even at the expense of your child's safety. Beware of this attorney.

head held high

She was very educated, she kept me very informed and respected my request on how i wanted to deal with my divorce, she was always on point with the legal aspect of my case and every recommendation she gave me was successful, My Ex till this day says he should have listened to her and done what she ha...d requested. If i should ever go through this again i will be calling her, no doubt about it. she did great on my behalf. i had a good divorce...............funny to say thanks to this lawyer

No recommendation here....

She was recommended to me by my doctor. At first, she was very receptive and had a lot of terrific ideas as to be able collect a temporary order for child support. Unfortunately, my x-husband was out to hurt me terribly r/t custody issues--she was very calming to me and gave me good cues for my respo...nse. I was very distraught by my x-husband harassing me and stealing information off my computer; he also sent nasty emails and would disappear often../ nobody really cared about computer hackers in the early 2000's not like now, anyways, with that thought I was able to speak with her each time and she reassured me (unknowingly she was charging me by the minute). Anyways, as it progressed, items were changed without a mention allowing more visitation to him in the final documents after mediation, as well, as holiday visitation if I was to move out of state. She became less and less involved and I was moved onto a new attorney in her firm. She became more involved in the Fen-Fen deaths in Florida and the lawsuits available. After 3 yrs of this mess, we finally were done; come to find out (my mistake I didn't read the final decree cause she said it was the same documents as agreed). Guess what ?? It was different from what was agreed on. UGGGGG!! There was no way to get in touch with her , she was totally gone, out of the picture, off the face of the earth!! There was nothing to be done except for me to finish paying my bill.
