Outstanding attorney!

I cannot say enough about this outstanding attorney. Christine Stadler is strong, fearless, and intelligent. She is knowledgeable, aggressive, and will fight for you and your family. If you want an attorney that is prepared, has a strong legal mind, and is tough... this is the attorney for you. The ...attorney I hired, prior to Christine, was intelligent, but she nickel and dimed me, and had to talk to me several times a week, just to write a simple letter. Christine was quick, thorough, and affordable. I did not have to hold her hand for every single action. She realized my vision, and executed the action effectively. We won, and Christine exceeded all of my expectations. I will never use another attorney again!

Review

I terminated Ms. Stadler for being unresponsive and lying to me on two occasions. She charged me an additional $1000 for the second phase of my lawsuit which never happened and refused to return any of the $2500 which I paid her initially. I earn good money so it wasnt worth my time to sue her. She ...was also suspended by the Georgia State Bar in 2004 and its unfortunate that she was allowed to continue practicing law. If you choose to hire her then good luck but you've been warned. She talks a big game but is an awful attorney.

Divorce contract

Non-responsive with phone calls and edits to contracts. Had to call many times to get a simple issue resolved and it is still not resolved. I do not recommend her!!

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with Christine’s representation. Like with most of the lawyers I have encountered, she was very forthcoming and motivated prior to paying her a retainer. I was so financially strapped when the divorce was initiated that I was happy to find a lawyer whose rate was relatively ...lower than others, had great reviews on kudzu.com and accepted a payment plan; but in retrospect it seems I got what I paid for. Poor preparation and poor representation which resulted in a horrible divorce settlement that left many issues unaddressed. When I contacted her after the final decree was issued to initiate an amendment to address the things that were still lingering, she refused to return my phone calls even though she knew I had a limited amount of time in which the amendment had to be filed. I had to hire a different lawyer to amend the order. Going through a divorce is hard enough. When you hire a lawyer to represent your interests who you pay thousands of dollars, you expect that lawyer to fight for you. The sad truth is many of them just go through the motions of the legal system, leaving you to plan, research and hope things work out. Unfortunately, that was my experience with Christine.

Unprofessional and lack of knowledge of family law

Christine Stadler by far is the worst attorney I have ever hired. She gives you such a wonderful sales pitch ensures you of her master strategy then does the complete opposite. She sales herself as a pit-bull but more likely that of a chihuahua all bark and no bite. Then later she completely does an...d acts as if she never said or discussed anything that was mentioned. Originally, we agreed upon a total of $1500. She also indicated that she doesn't charge for emails or phone calls as part of her sells pitch. So I was like wow! I told her that I was on a fixed income and she assured me that was all that I would need to finish up my divorce. Which I also have recorded! Now she is suing me for $665.00 for unpaid fees. Which should be deducted from the work that I had to put into this case on my own. I called and called for several weeks asking for my final divorce decree. Neither her or her staff couldn't get a copy and they are right there in Georgia and I am in SC. Which I managed to call and received a copy. She then asked if I could send a copy of it to her office. And yes I have the email confirming that as well. She lacks professionalism and tact. Her work is ethics is very sloppy. She does not listen to you as a client once she gets your money. She could care less about what you as a client needs or desires once she has gotten your retainer fee. In which I am glad that I recorded all of our conversations. She is dishonest and untrustworthy. I totally agree with the last person when they indicated that "Her pattern is to sell you on her "game plan", then after a short while she will agree with the opposing side and rush you (and pressure you), to the easiest possible solution for her and do the exact opposite of what she promised she would do for you so she can be done with you because she already made her money on you." During my divorce I kept telling her that my son has severe autism and his father should continue with financial support. She tells me that no Judge is going to make him continue to pay after the age of 18 and I should just get a check for him. So I trusted her, too later find out that is not true because the circumstances is different when it comes to adult children with disabilities. So in other words I got screwed!! I have all the emails and recorded conversations to support this. Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY she is by far unreliable, unprofessional and lacks the knowledge. She should be disbarred. Unfortunately the lowest rating allowed is a 1 star if I could rater lower she would get a zero
