Review

I terminated Ms. Stadler for being unresponsive and lying to me on two occasions. She charged me an additional $1000 for the second phase of my lawsuit which never happened and refused to return any of the $2500 which I paid her initially. I earn good money so it wasnt worth my time to sue her. She ...was also suspended by the Georgia State Bar in 2004 and its unfortunate that she was allowed to continue practicing law. If you choose to hire her then good luck but you've been warned. She talks a big game but is an awful attorney.

Do NOT hire

Christine Stadler should be disbarred. Bad advice and took initiative/action without authorization. Broke attorney client privilege with a former client and caused unnecessary issues within relationships. Made a definite negative impact on my life that I am still cleaning up.

Unresponsive, Mistakes, Sloppy

Christine makes a lot of mistakes (e-mail messages going to the wrong people, forwarding my personal email messages to the opposing side) and does not provide a thoughtful, intellectual approach to the subject matter. She goes for the lowest blows which causes more harm than good in the long term.

Do not trust this attorney with your family or children's safety

Christine will change after she gets your retainer. She doesn't charge much after the initial retainer. Her pattern is to sell you on her "game plan", then after a short while she will agree with the opposing side and rush you (and pressure you), to the easiest possible solution for her and do the... exact opposite of what she promised she would do for you so she can be done with you because she already made her money on you. She is very, very unprofessional and cunning when she needs to over simplify your case so she can dump you in whatever way is convenient for her. She will go against you, lie to you but initially she will give you her big sales pitch plan when you look at her web site or meet with her. Her sales pitch is to ask you for all the money up front( a large sum), and then she bills you for a tiny fee each month thereafter. It is less than $100. Per month. When she wants to be done with the case, she promptly agrees with the opposing attorney on every issue and ignores you and refuses to respect your wishes. Christine Stadler temporarily lost her license in 2004 and was repremanded. Take heed. She is not a safe person to trust as your attorney. She is phoney sweet at first. Then later changes to a lying, table turning person, even at the expense of your child's safety. Beware of this attorney.
