Worst Attorney

Not sure how this woman is still in practice. She is the worst attorney you will come across. She never cares about her client and you will definitely lose, that's what happened to me. I could have had no lawyer than this one. The worst attorney for sure!

You'll be sorry if you hire Christine to represent your Family Law Case

Christine is a notorious liar and not trustworthy. Do not hire this imbecile to represent you legally if you have a family law case. You will regret it if you do! Importantly, she will cause you lose custody of your children hiring Christine to represent you. She could care less if she lose your case.... She won't lose a wink of sleep. It will just be business as usual to her. If you're not rich, or your case does not fit her idea of a high profile case, then your case is going to get placed on the back burner. And treated secondary as a non priority.

Unsatisfied Client

I hired Christine Stadler because she sold an amazing pitch that she was aggressive in court and would defend me as a client. I paid my retainer fee and we moved forwarded. She refused to investigate the other party prior to court, and on the day of court she appeared to be extremely timid. I was ord...er to pay the other attorney, while Christine stood by not objecting to anything that happened in court. She insulted me on several occasions and has since added to her fees. She also made several mistakes in the court order and then refused to correct them until an additional retainer fee is paid. She also canceled court several times and didn't show up on one occasion. She gave the impression that she was reliable and would defend however after hiring her and working with her I found that to be untrue.

Review

I terminated Ms. Stadler for being unresponsive and lying to me on two occasions. She charged me an additional $1000 for the second phase of my lawsuit which never happened and refused to return any of the $2500 which I paid her initially. I earn good money so it wasnt worth my time to sue her. She ...was also suspended by the Georgia State Bar in 2004 and its unfortunate that she was allowed to continue practicing law. If you choose to hire her then good luck but you've been warned. She talks a big game but is an awful attorney.

Disappointed

I was very disappointed with Christine’s representation. Like with most of the lawyers I have encountered, she was very forthcoming and motivated prior to paying her a retainer. I was so financially strapped when the divorce was initiated that I was happy to find a lawyer whose rate was relatively ...lower than others, had great reviews on kudzu.com and accepted a payment plan; but in retrospect it seems I got what I paid for. Poor preparation and poor representation which resulted in a horrible divorce settlement that left many issues unaddressed. When I contacted her after the final decree was issued to initiate an amendment to address the things that were still lingering, she refused to return my phone calls even though she knew I had a limited amount of time in which the amendment had to be filed. I had to hire a different lawyer to amend the order. Going through a divorce is hard enough. When you hire a lawyer to represent your interests who you pay thousands of dollars, you expect that lawyer to fight for you. The sad truth is many of them just go through the motions of the legal system, leaving you to plan, research and hope things work out. Unfortunately, that was my experience with Christine.
