I had been trying for almost a year to get approved for SSI disability. I was referred by multiple people to this attorney office. When I went in for my first consultation with Mr. Cates, I had all my documentation that I thought he would need. After reviewing my records and speaking with me for... a bit, he offered to represent me. He has always been able to answer any questions I had, and I've always been able to reach him by phone. Patrick did a terrific job in coaching us through the complex maze of SS issues. First of all, he seemed always available when we had questions or concerns. He guided us in getting documents of support from Doctors and employers and in addition suggested a Neuropsychologist who understood what SS r...ules and regulations. When it came time for our hearing, he reassurred us that we were well prepared and had nothing to worry about during the hearing.
