Adam M. Cain has been practicing law for
approximately seven years and concentrates in the areas of Criminal law, Civil
Litigation, Real Estate Transaction and Real Estate Litigation, Wills and
Estates, Collections, Contract Disputes, and Business Law. Adam is a native of Gainesville, Georgia. He is a graduate of Berry
College in Rome, Georgia.
Adam received his Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in
2002 with distinction. While in law
school, Adam was an active member of the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association,
Mississippi Environmental Protection Agency, Legal Division and Phi Delta Phi.
Following graduation from law school, Adam became
licensed to practice law in Georgia
and South Carolina. For several years he practiced law in the
State of South Carolina and served as the City
Prosecutor and Assistant City Attorney for the City of Greenwood. Mr. Cain simultaneously worked in
private practice with the Welch Law Firm, LLC, concentrating in criminal
defense, general civil litigation, collections, and real estate. In August
2006, Adam and his wife, relocated back to his home state of Georgia and joined
Greer, Stansfield & Turner, LLP, in Covington, Georgia. Adam
concentrated in Real Estate Transactions, Real Estate Litigation, Collections, General
Civil Litigation, with a continued dedication to the area of Criminal Law.
He is a member of the Georgia Association of Trial Lawyers, and pleased
to become active in the local bar association in Athens, Georgia.
