Poor, careless laywer
Megan Viehe set our AOS process back by more than 2 months by insisting that we include form I-130 in our K1 to AOS case, which was not necessary. Our case got rejected twice by USCIS. We were unable to get a refund from Boundless, which had hired her, for this careless error and I will not forget th...
I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Boundless Immigration (an immigration document preparation service). I am not an employee of Boundless, but I do consult with them and review immigration forms and documents for their customers. Without more information I cannot comment on your particular case. We would certainly not generally submit forms I-130 for K1 AOS cases, but am glad to discuss with you further offline.
