Brett Davis Turner

Two months prior to my son graduating high school and entering the military, he got a “super speeder ticket“! This would have caused loss of license and probably would have disallowed him from entering the military. Brett not only successfully dropped the point value of the ticket but also was abl...e to allow my son to keep his license! I hired mr. Turner to represent me in a civil case for credit card debt. He was great at first then we gave him the $4,000 retainer fee. He probably spent a few hours on all the prepared information that we had given him and spent maybe 2 hours in court. We did settle with the credit card company bu...t Mr Turner never sent us an itemized bill of the work he had done and would not return our calls or texts afterwards. So we still have been unable to get a refund for the rest of the retainer that was unused. Even if he thinks he used all of the $4,000 retainer to help us he's still should have had the professional courtesy to respond to us.

I highly recommend Brett for an attorney. He came through with everything that was promised. He kept me updated on my case up to the day I had court.
