He is a complete idiot!!! My case should have been dismissed. He could not remember that my case WAS NOT a drug case. He took my money and showed off his 4 cars at the time. My professional life was ruined because of this dumb#*%.... Do not hire him and certainly do not believe him if his lips are ...moving. He does not care about your case... only your money to buy himself more cars etc...

Just wanted to say a few words about my experience with Mr. Turner. I was referred to him my someone when I was released from Lumpkin Co. jail with 5 charges hanging over my head. I contacted Brett and we discussed possible outcomes of my situation because it involved DUI/Poss. of illegal substance.... He was honest and straightforward with how he could help me, his costs and what to expect. I had an initial consultation with Brett and hired him on the spot. In my opionion, he did all the necessary filing and reporting to the courts as expected. His expertise, knowledge and follow up with my case exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend Brett to a friend or family member.
