I chose Brett as my lawyer for a 2nd DUI case. I was able to get my 2nd DUI dropped down to a Disorderly Conduct and I blew over 0.08 BAC. He is reasonably priced, and well worth it. For disorderly conduct, I paid $1,500 in court fines and was finished with the case. I completed DUI class and some ne...eded rehabilitation before court. I hired mr. Turner to represent me in a civil case for credit card debt. He was great at first then we gave him the $4,000 retainer fee. He probably spent a few hours on all the prepared information that we had given him and spent maybe 2 hours in court. We did settle with the credit card company bu...t Mr Turner never sent us an itemized bill of the work he had done and would not return our calls or texts afterwards. So we still have been unable to get a refund for the rest of the retainer that was unused. Even if he thinks he used all of the $4,000 retainer to help us he's still should have had the professional courtesy to respond to us.

Very well seasoned vet in the courtroom always has a quick response nose case law and can quote it so that the judge knows he knows exactly what he's talking about he's quick to respond to a phone call or text message very adequate time taken 2 meet with me face-to-face answer any questions I had no ...matter how big or small have used him several times over the past years and would not use anyone else he has never left any kind of negative in my legal situations he is a great lawyer criminal and otherwise I've always used him for criminal things but I have referred him to anyone who ever asked me that needed a lawyer no matter if it was criminal or not he always knows exactly what to say and how to say it to get his point across without dragging it out in the courtroom and upsetting the judge there's not one bad thing I can say about Mr Turner and I'm a very critical person and I don't like to waste my money and I have never wasted any money when I spend it with him he knows and has a good relationship with all of the other officers in the courtroom never had a problem getting questions answered and he always hold me the truth no matter good bad or ugly in my situation he told me what we could get done and every single time we got it done or he got it done thank you mr.
