During law school he decided that his main goal was to represent clients that were charged with criminal offenses in the state of Georgia.  He has had the great fortune to train under some of the best criminal defense lawyers in the country.  He was honored to be one of the lawyers selected to attend the Bill Daniel Trial Advocacy Program in 2014.  He has represented criminal defendants across the State of Georgia in a variety of criminal cases.

36 year old DUI from out -of-state dismissed in the end!
This was a ticket issued as a young man living on the west coast that was neglected and was never going to fall off the books. Once I spoke with Bill he felt like a person I could trust from the start. Over the next couple months he built a professional relationship inside the Gwinnett court system and delivered phenomenal results. I would hire Bill S Hardman for any Law problems in Georgia. BEST LAWYER EVER!

Highly recommend - top notch!
I highly recommend Bill Hardman. He assisted with a speeding violation my 18-year-old son received. Mr. Hardman far exceeded my expectations; he is extremely personable and worked very hard to do all that he could to minimize the negative consequences of the violation. He was extremely responsive to any question - and always got back to me very promptly. Mr. Hardman is an extremely knowledgeable attorney in his area of expertise and also has tremendous compassion for his work and his clients. Bill is an amazing attorney. He represented me in Athens, GA and was able to get my charges dismissed and reduced to what they should have been according to the law. The cost was minimal and his cost was much less than any attorney in GA of his caliber. BEST OF THE BEST!!!
Bill is the best attorney in the metro Atlanta area. He answered his cell phone to my calls at 11:00 pm! He will work up and down on your case. He has knowledge and pull with several county courthouses and personnel (my cases were in different counties). If Mr. Hardman says he'll get it done, I can assure your it will happen.
