William Starr Hardman Jr.

Having Hardman on my side during my 1 and only DUI process was a complete NET POSITIVE. I have never been in any trouble with the law, but I am great at reading poeple. Once I got my head on enough to start calling around lawyers a couple days following my incident, I sourced lawyers using google and... reviews, Hardman was about the 6th or 7th office I contacted. Jeanne, his assistant, was extremely attentive and warm. What stood out to me was that she ask well informed and detailed questions about my situation that not even other lawyers thought to ask during the other initial calls. I knew right away that this office had a high level of attention to detail that was not present in conversations with any other offices I talked to. Mind you, I hadn't even talked to Will yet. First conversation with Will he gave me information on how to navigate process before I agreed to any binding agreement which helped immensely as I (again) had never been in any legal trouble before. I could feel his passion for his work and helping to generate the best possible outcome for his clients, his knowledge of the law, the nuanced applicable knowledge he gained working with different Metro Atlanta county courts and judges, and, most importantly, it sounded like he was excited to start working on my case right away. I did not want to be a "case" for a burned out, depressed lawyer or a "case" for a big firm paying little attention in their own way. He did sound like he was busy going county to county fighting for his clients, and I couldn't always call and get an answer right away. However, was a great communicator of roughly went he can create time to really hear me out and create gameplans. Also, Jeanne was great at letting me know when I could talk to Will if he was busy in court. Was very organized. Price was very competitive. He helped me get a great outcome and I would certainly recommend to anyone in the metro with a DUI case. (Disclaimer: Mine did not go to trail, no damage to life or property).

William did an excellent job representing me. He kept me informed, was straight forward and explained things in laymens terms not using a bunch of legalise. His knowledge of the law worked extremely well for my situation and the outcome was as i had hoped it would be. He was able to get one charge re...duced and 2 more dismissed. Bill Hardman is a lawyer who is very good at his job. As a college freshman facing two alcohol charges within a month of each other,I called Bill and he answered every question I could think of over the phone, he set up a meeting and was straight forward about his pricing of the case and what I would... need to do. From the point of hire, I turned everything over to him and he handled it all. He was very on top of things and quick to respond. He knew exactly what to do and handled all the hiccups in my case. I never thought I would need a lawyer but I'm glad that I hired Bill! I would highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.
