Casual and friendly, knows his stuff

Received a speeding ticket, 71 in a 55, in Hall County in one of their famous and lovely little speed traps. I was greatly concerned about an increase in my insurance rate, the fine and points on my license. I was also greatly concerned about how it wouod reflect on me personally and professionally... because I know many folks in the Hall County legal community quite well. There was a lot on the line for me. The entire time, Bill put my mind at ease and was confident that I’d be just fine. Not long after I first hired Bill, I got another speeding ticket in another county—this one even worse than the one in Hall County. It didn’t phase him. He didn’t get upset or judge me, he didn’t appear worried at all. I went to court on my Hall County ticket this morning and was delighted to see that his confidence wasn’t a fake. In 15 minutes we were out of there. He was able to keep me from having to see the judge, and got my ticket knocked down to a “too fast for conditions” charge with just the original fee. I still have to go to court in Gwinnett on the other traffic charge, but the way he handled my Hall County issue has positioned me VERY well to also defeat that ticket as well. All in all, a great experience. Law enforcement and the judicial system have the entire weight of the government behind them. They have every advantage. Give yourself an advantage if you can. This guy is worth his weight in Gold and worth every penny. 10/10 would hire again... just pray I don’t have to.

A new lease on life.

Mr. Hardman was absolutely fantastic at keeping me updated and in the loop through out the process of my DUI case. I was very pleased with the outcome of my case. I am a CDL driver and rely on my license for my job. Therefore with the outcome that Mr. Hardman was able to achieve I was able to conti...nue my career as a professional truck driver.

Great Lawyer

William did a hreT job with my DUI case. He got me out of a DUI and negotiated fines down. If you are looking for a good lawyer then you should hire him.
