I contacted Mr. Bagwell for advice on a matter. I did this in two phone calls. The first one went well, and I was told if I had additional questions to call back. The second phone call I feel like I was talked to in a disrespectful tone of voice. He raised his voice to me in a hateful tone. Maybe he ...thought my questions were dumb, but if I was an attorney I wouldn't need to call one!

Sam represented my son in a DUI case. The officer did not charge him with DUI, but the Prosecutor's office decided to add the charge. After the prosecution dragging their feet for a year and a half, Sam was finally able to get it to trial.
