Biography
I have worked in litigation since passing the bar (both criminal and civil cases). While in my private practice I have worked as well in business development and Landlord-Tenant law as a portion of my real estate practice. In addition to working hard to help achieve my clients' goals, I am a business owner, which gives me a broader perspective helps me see cases from different angles, including cost mitigation.
I pride myself on being up front and direct with my clients in helping them choose whether purusing legal action is the best approach considering likely outcomes, overall cost, and likely benefits. I first make sure my clients are well informed about their options, and then help them choose the path that best meets their goals.
