Replied last May 02, 2018I am sorry that you were not happy with the free consultation I provided to you and your husband. You are in a bad situation, and I understand that. However, your options are limited. While we do handle debt resolution outside of bankruptcy, the cost structure for doing so would result in you paying more than you would lose if you were to file a bankruptcy case. That is why I advised you to pursue eliminating the debts by yourself. I wish you the best of luck in the future and I am sorry that your circumstances are such that I was not able to offer a solution to your problem.
