I reached out on behalf of a family member who closed a business and had some old creditors reaching out and making threats of a lawsuit. I was wondering if a business bankruptcy made sense for them. Mr. Kelley was kind enough to spend over an hour asking a lot of questions and giving us extremely de...tailed and personalized advice. Mr. Kelley was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very patient and kind. He explained everything in detail and made sure that all options were covered. Thankfully in this situation it seemed like the old creditor didn't really have much of a claim and bankruptcy wouldn't be necessary (and definitely not the best option). I can't overstate how much of a relief that was to hear, and also how quickly I would recommend Mr. Kelley if anyone I know is thinking about bankruptcy. Thank you again!

I consulted with Mr. Kelley to review my options to erase a large debt that was not my fault. His website clearly states he can help resolve debt settlements. Instead he spoke directly of our option to be bankruptcy. I asked about helping me try to resolve the debt or get it resolved without bankrup...tcy and he said I did not need him for that. My husband said he was just “matter of fact”. I disagree. I found him condescending and he minimized my feelings about my situation.
