I reached out on behalf of a family member who closed a business and had some old creditors reaching out and making threats of a lawsuit. I was wondering if a business bankruptcy made sense for them. Mr. Kelley was kind enough to spend over an hour asking a lot of questions and giving us extremely de...tailed and personalized advice. Mr. Kelley was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very patient and kind. He explained everything in detail and made sure that all options were covered. Thankfully in this situation it seemed like the old creditor didn't really have much of a claim and bankruptcy wouldn't be necessary (and definitely not the best option).
