A leach

Attorney Stafford appeared to use her familiarity with the presiding judge to her client's advantage in ways that did not feel consistent with the principles of justice or impartiality. This created an environment where the opposing party-who had not been accused of any abuse, neglect, or unfitness-w...as denied meaningful access to their child. There was no clear or convincing evidence presented that would justify such a severe limitation, yet it was allowed to stand. This is deeply troubling in light of well-established legal precedent protecting parental rights under the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution (Troxel v. Granville, 530 U.S. 57 (2000)). In my view, Stafford's conduct demonstrated a lack of regard for these constitutional rights and contributed to a result that appeared less about the best interests of the child and more about money. The use of financial threats and demands-such as proposing conditions involving large sums of money for basic parental access- Say her name EMILY GRACE

AH MAZING

Probably the best attorney in GA. She fights for your case and is BAD A** in a court room. This is the woman to go with. She fights like it’s her own. 10000/10!!!

The Best of the Best

I hired to April to represent me in an ongoing divorce case that had already been established but was not yet final. My ex husband and I had previously hired a low priced attorney that helped us reach an agreement regarding custody of our child and support. That arrangement quickly turned sour when I... realized it was not in my, nor my child’s best interest. I walked into April’s office a complete wreck but she quickly calmed me fears and took action immediately to stop the current proceedings and ensure that I had a solid custody and support arrangement. Thank you to April and her staff for guiding me in every aspect of my situation, and for professionally advising me on how to make decisions that that may work “today” but will not work in the future. The extra money spent hiring April has paid for itself 10x over, saved me thousands in fees I would have spent in future litigation, and was worth every penny for the sake of my child’s well-being which is priceless. I highly recommend Stafford Law Group to anyone in need of a skilled attorney to guide them through the legal process and assist with legal battles that could affect them for the rest of their life! 5 stars all the way!

Stafford law group is the standard for any law practice.

When you stand alone, broken and torn all at once; April and her staff will not only listen in a humble and kind way they will take a personal interest in your case. The staff of the Stafford Law Group is one of a kind! They can best be described as beasts! Their endless hours to support and defend ...your case has no bounds. The best way to describe the Stafford Law Group is to say... Loyalty is the only measure of a Law Group that makes its worth priceless.  As for April she is the strength was delivered to represent you and grant justice to your case.. CW5 Retired BobbyV

Worst in the boro

Absolute worst experience with an attorney period. Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Once I paid, service went out the door. April herself was decent and professional enough during our interactions. However I would caution anyone from giving these money hungry scavengers your business. Th...ere are plenty better options for the money in Statesboro.

Dear Rodney, could you please clarify who you are so that I may more accurately address your concerns as I do not show representing anyone by the name of "Rodney" since approximately 2010. In any event, we work very hard and strive to meet our clients' needs, so if we are falling short on that, it is very important for me to know and address. Did you, or whomever on whose behalf you are writing, ever express dissatisfaction so that it could be addressed? Your review seems to focus more on my staff than me so please fill me in so that I can address your concerns to prevent such from happening in the future. I will be happy to have a meeting in person, via telephone or email - whatever is most convenient for you.

"I have had the rare privilege of working for April as her Law Clerk in Law School and working with her as a fellow attorney since passing the Bar. From both experiences I can tell you that she extremely knowledgeable, caring, and driven. With April you have a zealous and caring advocate with elite ability in the courtroom. On numerous occasions, April has gone above and beyond the call of duty and I have no doubt will continue to do so. Without hesitation, I endorse her for any matter that you may need an attorney."
