Ms. Parker represented our daughter in court for ticket received from an accident. She is very attentive and responsive via email or phone for even this small case. We appreciated the methodical way that she handles getting the information required to represent us. She was successful in our situat...ion and very professional. I've worked with the Parker Law Firm last year and it was a very pleasant and informative experience. My original call was returned within 24 hours. Ms. Dumas gathered the necessary information from me and let me know when I could expect to hear from Ms. Parker. All communication went as planned. Ms.... Parker handled a real estate matter on my behalf that involved clearing up some bad deed documentation caused by another party who happened to have the same name as mine. Ms. Parker contacted the other attorney and worked everything out so that my name and property were completely removed from the other person's case. She answered ALL of my questions, no matter how small and really put my fears to rest. I've recently contacted her again after being ignored for 6 weeks by one of my previous attorneys. Once again, I got an immediate response from Ms. Dumas, who remembered me from the last case. :) How's that for customer service? Professionalism is VERY important to me. The Parker Law Firm has been nothing but responsive and professional so far. Ms. Dumas and Ms. Parker will now be my first stop for any legal matters going forward.

Thank you Ms. Parker and Ms. Dumas for assisting me with my legal matter regarding my HOA. I had tried on my own to resolve the matter, but to no avail, other than added expenses and costs. No matter what i said, my HOA's attorney was only interested in obtaining the FULL amount owed which was load...ed with late fees, legal fees etc. I contacted Ms. Parker's law firm and first spoke to Ms. Dumas. I can honestly say that not only did they demonstrate the utmost professionalism, but due to an upcoming court date, they promptly addressed my issue. One day I was served to come to court about a credit card debt issue. I was so worried that I would be garnished, etc. Afterwards I reviewed a number of attorneys through my company's legal plan.
