One day I was served to come to court about a credit card debt issue. I was so worried that I would be garnished, etc. Afterwards I reviewed a number of attorneys through my company's legal plan. I was told different negative things about my case which cause me to worry more. Then I called Ms.Parker ...and from the start she had me. She was the most convincing out of them all. She made me feel very comfortable about my chances. We went to court and was done in about 5 minutes! I didn't have to pay anything plus I don't ever have to worry about being contacted by that company again. I would refer her and currently she's my personal lawyer because I trust her.

Ms. Parker is an outstanding attorney. We needed help for my daughter and she did an amazing job representing her. If it was not for Ms. Parker, things would have turned out horribly. She was firm and pointed out what the law was to everyone involved. Finding an attorney is always such a crapshoot ...because everyone talks a good game. I am so blessed that we were able to find Ms. Parker. She truly cares about her clients and not just about billing like many attorneys do. If there was a way to give her more than a 10 rating, I would.

The reason I ranked the firm "Poor" for Responsive and Kept me informed was because my calls and emails took days for a response if I received one at all. Because of the limited information I cant say I am trustworthy because they did not provide good customer service to make me feel comfortable in ...using them in the future or referring them. Knowledgable..again because I got little help..nothing informative, helpful or above and beyond I really do not know if that is due to lack of knowledge, lazy or uninterested. If someone hires you to assist/represent them, you should provide a certain level of service and atleast finish the case in its entirety. Failure to do so leads to negative reviews and zero referrals. I really thought they would/could help me but now I am stuck with little information and forced to seek help with someone else.
