Adam Malone is the managing partner of Malone Law Medical Malpractice and Severe Injury Lawyers. The firm was founded over 50 years ago by Mr. Malone’s father. The firm focuses on medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases.
Mr. Malone has a 10.0 Superbb rating from Avvo. He has also earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating from the publication, for legal ethics and knowledge.
As an Atlanta medical malpractice lawyer, Mr. Malone handles cases resulting from birth injuries, medication errors, surgical errors, emergency room errors, and other forms of medical negligence. He represents clients with all types of injuries, including catastrophic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and amputation injuries.

Mr. Malone earned his bachelor’s degree from North Georgia Military College. He earned his Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from The John Marshall Law School, where he was class valedictorian.
He is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and licensed to practice in all Georgia state courts. He is also licensed to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
