My case was straight forward and I only hired an attorney because of the uncertainty of the immigration laws during trump era. Just remember, you need to double check EVERYTHING no matter who is your attorney. There was something wrong with their system and my address was being auto-filled wrong on t...he forms and even as I told the paralegal several times, it kept happening a few more iterations till they finally managed to fix it. There were other issues as well but mostly were non-significant. Except one, I provided my detailed employment history (including unemployment periods) and the paralegal decided to simplify it and merge them together, which meant that I was working in periods of time that I was not legally allowed to! (I was on student visa and between degree's you are on a grace period and are not allowed to work). This could have jeopardized my case. To be fair, it was a fault from the paralegal but still this is her team so I am giving 4 star. In general, the response time was fast and she had the knowledge for my case. I guess those are the important factors.
