Gillian Fierer O'Nan

Gillian handled my divorce case with perfection. She applied just enough pressure to push for resolution without creating unneeded animosity, but I also took comfort knowing she had a more aggressive gear should it be needed. Because of her measured and reasonable approach she secured for me the te...rms I wanted, in an expeditious manner, and without a huge bill. I (unfortunately) have had two previous lawyers on 2 previous occasions due to divorce/child custody issues with my ex husband (both of whom did an absolute sub standard job). I first met Gillian as an associate attorney in my original custody case in 2011 where I was the respondent. I liken her to a military strategist. She stores up her ammunition, saves her energy and intelligence until just the right amount of aggression is needed then applies it only where it will make the most impact. All the while, keeping her client calm and giving them the attention and specific information they need to make lasting choices that are fair and just. I will always consider her my dear friend as will my daughter.

My case was very personal and required dealing with aggressive and unreasonable people.
