Before hiring FairellRoy & Associates I reviewed Attorney Fairell's videos under her AVOO profile. They were super useful and informed me of her knowledge and the potential knowledge of the other attorney's at the practice. From searching around and her videos alone I was confident I wanted my case h...andled through this firm. I also did my consult with Attorney Fairell and she further assured me of how I should handle my case, pricing and duration in a realistic manner. I wouldn't say I enjoyed this journey, but I will say Attorney Fairell and her colleagues made my case way less painful that it could've been.

I have been paying child support for 3 children for several years. Two of which have reached the requirement for emancipation. I contacted the Office of Fairell Roy & Associates for help and they were able to provide me with sound legal advice of what I should expect considering the current child s...upport laws. We were able to settle my case through ADR (mediation) for the current requirements to child support. My attorney was straight talk and very professional. I did a lot of research online to see which lawyer I would go with for my divorce, and I kept coming across Joi Fairell and her track record of success and providing great client service. I first met with Joi for a consultation. She was the 2nd lawyer I consulted with, and compared to the first..., Joi really took the time to understand my situation and ME as a person prior to asking all of the legal questions. The context was helpful for her. She was very empathetic, but was able to clearly articulate where I had gaps, exposure, and opportunities. She talked me through the process of what will likely unfold in detail. Their group uses tech very well to keep you updated through their client portal, which I found very helpful when looking at invoicing and documents. Joi was very quick to respond and turn around documents and advice, typically within 24 hours, same day for time pressing items. No one plans to get divorced...but if you, like me, find yourself in this situation, Joi was amazing to work with. I normally don't even write reviews, but I felt this was the lease I could do considering how much she helped me in this process.

The Fairell Law Firm is a hidden gem in the Atlanta Metro area. I've had to retain Legal Counsel a few times for the same matter, but was disappointed with the experience and results from my former Lawyer.
