Modification of Child Support

I have been paying child support for 3 children for several years. Two of which have reached the requirement for emancipation. I contacted the Office of Fairell Roy & Associates for help and they were able to provide me with sound legal advice of what I should expect considering the current child s...upport laws. We were able to settle my case through ADR (mediation) for the current requirements to child support. My attorney was straight talk and very professional. I will strongly recommend the Office of Fairell Roy and Associates to anyone who need help with family and children issues.

Excellent Service

Thank you Fairell Roy & Associates! After encountering two previous attorneys, I am so grateful that a co-worker referred me to this firm to handle my divorce and child support issues. On day one I walked away from my consultation with Ms. Fairell feeling confident that I was in great hands and with ...the assurance that I didn't have to locate another attorney. Their services are thorough and affordable, and I felt like they cared about me. I was kept abreast of my case; my calls and emails were always returned timely with answers to any questions asked. Although I sometimes got frustrated through the process, my attorneys continued to reassure me that everything would be okay. And so it was.. Excellent Law Firm

The Fairell Law Firm is a hidden gem in the Atlanta Metro area. I've had to retain Legal Counsel a few times for the same matter, but was disappointed with the experience and results from my former Lawyer. I felt relieved from the moment I met with Attorney Fairell and her staff during my initial con...sultation regarding child support modification. They were professional, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I was confident after our discussion that this experience would be far better than my first experience. Attorney Roy handled my case. She was poised, super smart, caring and organized. Not only is she an excellent Lawyer, but she's also good with numbers! (Excellent combination) She kept me calm throughout the process, which is no easy task and she worked hard to ensure my desired outcome was achieved, AND IT WAS! I also made certain I had all of my documents in order to ensure all expenses were captured and to avoid any errors. Social Media advertising led me to a superb Law Firm and I am forever #Grateful
