Shilpa Jadwani

   Shilpa Jadwani is the Associate Attorney at Neera Bahl & Associates. Originally from New Jersey, she graduated from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School in 2012 and passed Georgia’s February 2013 Bar Examination. Shilpa holds the CALI for Excellence Award in Immigration Law (2010). In addition to her Juris Doctorate, Shilpa also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies for Farleigh Dickinson University. 

   Shilpa has been with Neera Bahl & Associates since March 2013. She has over five years of collective hands on experience in the field of Immigration Law through internships and other legal job positions. Shilpa's specialty is employment based immigration classifications (H-1Bs, L-1s, I-140, etc) and family based immigration classifications (I-130, I-485, N-400, etc).  

   Immigration is Shilpa's passion and she can easily relate with clients because she herself has gone through the entire range of immigration processes herself. Shilpa's family immigrated to the United States in 1994 from India when her father obtained an H-1B employment visa. Because she has been through the process herself, she can understand and relate to the anxiety and stress that comes with being involved in any immigration matter. Shilpa strongly believes in staying connected with her clients and always keeping them informed.  Although a recently admitted attorney, Shilpa is extremely hardworking and determined to give her 200% to every case and every client.
