Great lawyer
Margret did a super job on a very difficult case and found some case law after extensive research that supported and finally won the case in a very testy child custody case. She's very thorough and has her client's best interests at heart. Highly recommended.
"Ms. Simpson is an extraordinarily gifted attorney who sincerely cares about her clients and works hard to ensure that her clients receive the best outcome possible."
"I would highly endorse Margaret for legal representation. She is exceptionally bright, conscientious and hard working attorney who has a command of family law matters. Margaret's work product has been recognized in the Georgia Family Law community by her receipt of peer recognition as a Rising Star/ Super Lawyer. It is and has been my privilege to work with Margaret."
"Ms. Simpson is one of the most professional, courteous, and hard-working attorneys. I worked with her, whilst she clerked for a circuit judge in Alabama. She amazed me with her thoroughness and determination. No problem would overwhelm Ms. Simpson. Her mastery of the law would always dominate any crisis. In short, I highly recommend her services, and hope many clients experience her many positive attributes."
"I endorse this lawyer. Margaret and I worked together for several years after I left McKenna Long & Aldridge. Margaret helped me write a Georgia Bar Article about the live - in - lover statute and the possible very bad ramifications if you file on of these and lose. Margaret also worked with me writing a host of appellate briefs in a case in which we represented an alleged girlfriend of a husband who was accused of receiving fraudulent conveyances from a very large marital estate. Her briefs were spot on and needless to say we had a stunning victory. She is also a pleasure to work with, calm demeanor in a crisis, good researcher, and lovely all around person."
"Margaret is truly an exceptional Family Law attorney. I recently had the opportunity to work closely with Margaret on a matter, and I cannot speak more highly of her diligence and advocacy."
"Ms. Simpson is an Expert in Family Law. She is very knowledgeable of Georgia Law, the Judges, and the Courts. She is smart, sweet, fair and a pleasure to work with!"
"I endorse this lawyer. She shows that unique blend of intelligence and common sense, balanced with a desire to find solutions even when none are readily apparent."
"I first met Margaret when she filled in for opposing counsel at a mediation in one of my cases. Despite being in an awkward situation Margaret was calm and knowledgably and did her best to settle the case. Now we work for the same firm. I highly endorse this lawyer."
"We are real excited to have Margaret added to our team at Meriwether & Tharp. She has that rare blend of compassion with diligence and execution which makes her a true talent for the clients that she serves. She sees the appropriate balance between litigation and amicably resolving a case for a client's best interest."
"She is very knowledgeable in Family Law and is a strong advocate for her clients. She is in regular contact with her clients making accessibility a priority. I highly recommend her and would refer my own family to her."
"I endorse this lawyer. Margaret is a welcomed addition to the team. She not only brings with her a solid understanding of family law, but the passion for it as well. This passion grants her the patience to work with clients going through difficult times. Whether it comes to preparing for trial or negotiating a settlement, she knows how to work towards a client’s best interest to achieve the best possible result. She knows when to advise the client on whether that best result would come through settlement or trial."
"I endorse this lawyer. I loved having her in my office. With family law, you must be both compassionate to clients, as well as meticulously detailed and she is both."
