About Tram-Debby
Biography
Debby was born and raised in Orange County, California. She now resides in Dunwoody, Atlanta with her husband. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving her BA in History and Political Science, attended Whittier Law School obtaining her JD, and sat for the California bar exam in July 2011.
Debby is a member of the American Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, and Los Angeles County Bar Association. At Whittier Law School, she received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship, was President of the Vietnamese American Student Bar Association, and was also a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity.
Fluent in Vietnamese, Debby also volunteered her time at the Southeast Asian Legal Outreach Program under the Public Law Center in Westminster, CA.
During her free time, Debby enjoys exploring her new home city of Atlanta. She enjoys photography, snow skiing, hiking, and traveling. Upon graduating law school, she traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia, Russia, Eastern and Western Europe, and is still an avid traveler to this day.

She included a lot of mistakes in my citizenship application, was hard to reach, and clearly lacked knowledge in immigration law.

Very professional and caring attorney!
