I had the honor of having Mrs. Merenivitch represent me for a contempt order I filed against the non custodial parent of our 10 year old. Mrs. Merenivitch came on to my case 1 1/2 weeks before my final hearing. My case had been on going for almost 4 years. My former attorney was sinking my case, and left me alone in the court room to defend myself. I felt helpless and alone in the fight for my daughter. My former attoney got kicked aro...und with his lack of law experience and basically abandoned me right before last hearing. No discovery was obtained nothing for a new lawyer to prepare from.
