I had the honor of having Mrs. Merenivitch represent me for a contempt order I filed against the non custodial parent of our 10 year old. I was referred to her by another attorney who assured me Nicole would be able to handle my case in such short notice. Ms Merenivitch worked very hard to get my son out of an abusive home with his father. Even after DFACS dropped the case she worker even harder. Mrs. Merenivitch came on to my case 1 1/2 weeks before my final hearing. My case had been on going for almost 4 years. My former attorney was sinking my case, and left me alone in the court room to defend myself. I felt helpless and alone in the fight for my daughter.
