Mrs. Merenivitch came on to my case 1 1/2 weeks before my final hearing. My case had been on going for almost 4 years. My former attorney was sinking my case, and left me alone in the court room to defend myself. I felt helpless and alone in the fight for my daughter. My former attoney got kicked aro...und with his lack of law experience and basically abandoned me right before last hearing. No discovery was obtained nothing for a new lawyer to prepare from. Just a little over a week and being in a courthouse she had never been in, she walked in with me and I felt the court finally heard my side. No matter what the end to this case is.
