Nicole Alexander Merenivitch

I had the honor of having Mrs. Merenivitch represent me for a contempt order I filed against the non custodial parent of our 10 year old. I was referred to her by another attorney who assured me Nicole would be able to handle my case in such short notice. I was given her information on a Tuesday af...ternoon, we spoke that day and the following Sunday(due to my schedule conflict) she conducted her consultation, then the very next day she went to the courthouse to assist with my filing and within one week Nicole was ready to rock and roll. Not only did she reassure me she had everything under control but she listened to me with the understanding of ALL my concerns and fears of this case. Ms Merenivitch worked very hard to get my son out of an abusive home with his father. Even after DFACS dropped the case she worker even harder. Ms. Merenivitch truly has a beautiful heart and a soft spot for children. She has literally cried with me during this bery ugly and difficult time. Mrs. Merenivitch came on to my case 1 1/2 weeks before my final hearing. My case had been on going for almost 4 years. My former attorney was sinking my case, and left me alone in the court room to defend myself. I felt helpless and alone in the fight for my daughter. My former attoney got kicked aro...und with his lack of law experience and basically abandoned me right before last hearing. No discovery was obtained nothing for a new lawyer to prepare from. She would start with a clean piece of paper and by the time her turn came she had pages and evidence to counter with. Just a little over a week and being in a courthouse she had never been in, she walked in with me and I felt the court finally heard my side. No matter what the end to this case is.
