Biography
I have been focused on the area of workers' compensation for the majority of my practice. I have exceptional experience in the area of representing truck drivers, bus drivers, UPS drivers, teachers and general laborers. However, over the years I have represented numerous workers in nearly every field of employment. I currently offer free copies of my book, INJURED ON THE JOB, now in its 15th edition, to educate the injured worker on their legal rights and responsibilities under Georgia law. My office also offers free telephone consultations with an actual attorney and not just paralegals or assitants. I work hard to make sure it costs nothing for an injured worker to discover their legal rights if they have been hurt on the job. -Mike Fink
