I have represented plaintiffs and defendants in tort, commercial and construction litigation as a civil litigator for 27 years. My practice has involved a wide range of matters, including Construction, Trucking, Professional Malpractice (including medical, dental, and legal), Bad Faith, Premises Liability (including violent crime), Products Liability, Personal Injury, Aviation, Employment, Fraud, Contracts, Runoff/Land Use, Property & Casualty, Automobile Accidents and Insurance Coverage.
