Attorney Scott Bushnell is Exceptional. I highly recommend him

Attorney Scott Bushnell demonstrated to me the most ethical standard I have never imagined. I was referred to him by LegalShield, and took the referral to save 25% of attorney fee through my Legal Shield membership. I thought he would have me sign a retainer agreement first, but attorney Bushnell pu...t my need ahead of his and helped me save 100%. He took his time to explain to me the cost my case involves and recommend a cost-effective alternative. I called him three times, and he patiently answered my questions and gave me the instruction I needed. May God reword him bless him richly.

I never heard from him again

I was injured in a car accident while at work in 2004 and hired Mister Bushnell to represent me on this case. I had a deposition where i realized that i was in trouble. when mr. Bushnell made the comment that he had went to school with the other lawyer and Was silent and allowowing questions that had... no relevance to the case. I never received any correspondence from mr bushnell until Months after i received a packet in the mail. It was a settlement offer. After several attempts to call mr. Bushnell and leaving messages, that was never returned. I finally got him on the phone. I told him that i declined the offer. He was very agitated that i was not accepting the offer. After that conversation, i never heard from him again and never received any further correspondence with him since to this day. In my opinion, He is absolutely the worst lawyer ive ever had to deal with. He didnt care about me, my family, or the extents of my injuries and the lasting effects from them that i still have to suffer with today. It amazes me that he still has his license to practice law.
