Mindy Rose Smith

Mindy R. Smith is the owner and operator of Mindy R. Smith, P.C., a boutique domestic relations firm headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mindy Smith was born and raised in a small town in Georgia. She attended Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and obtained a major in Biology and a minor in Spanish. Mindy attended the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University where she received a Juris Doctor degree. Mindy is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.

Mindy opened her own boutique family law practice in May of 2006 after practicing in two top law firms in Atlanta.  Mindy also worked with Respresentative Tom Knox in his law practive.  She handles divorces, child custody disputes, issues of child support and modification, adoption, high-asset divorce cases, and drafts prenuptial agreements. Mindy has tried family law cases throughout the metro-Atlanta while adding her own personal style in the courtroom. She credits her small-town upbringing with her ability to be direct, no-nonsense, and personal with her clients and opposing parties. Mindy strives to represent her clients and fight for their rights as husbands, wives, and parents.

Mindy represents clients throughout metro Atlanta in Cobb, Fulton, Forsyth, Gwinnett, Cherokee, and DeKalb counties. She is a member of the World Trade Center of Atlanta and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. Mindy is also a contributing member of the High Museum of Art and a member of the State Bar of Georgia.  Mindy is admitted to plead and practive before the Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia and the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia.
