Biography
Jeremy Moeser is a partner at Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP (formerly Caldwell, Propst & DeLoach, LLP) whose practice focuses on estate and trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, and general business litigation. Mr. Moeser has obtained favorable results for his clients in all stages of litigation, including trial.
Mr. Moeser represents individuals and corporate clients. His corporate clients have included businesses of all sizes, including large publicly traded corporations and small closely held businesses. In his practice, Mr. Moeser has successfully handled a variety of disputes, including the following:
•Will, estate, and trust disputes;
•Closely held business shareholder/partnership disputes;
•Business torts and other commercial disputes;
•Contract disputes;
•Lease disputes;
•Land condemnation disputes; and
•Catastrophic personal injury wrongful death cases.
Mr. Moeser represents clients in state and federal courts throughout Georgia at both the trial and appellate court levels. He also has significant experience with alternative forms of dispute resolution.
Before joining Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach, LLP, Mr. Moeser was a litigator at a large international law firm for nearly ten years. He also served as a law clerk to U.S. District Court Judge William T. Moore, Jr., in Savannah, Georgia for two years.
Mr. Moeser attended the College of William & Mary, where he graduated in 1995. He graduated from Mercer University Law School, cum laude, in 1998. He was a member of the Mercer Law Review while in law school.
