This man is so terrible in communication, I read a review talking about his lack of communication and does not have a representative all the previous reviewer said was total true cause I went through the exact the same thing. He can go for weeks and when you call or send him text messages he wont pic...kup and he will neither return your call nor respond to your messages. After paying him and wasn’t happy with his way of communicating and handling the process I had to hire another lawyer. If I can give a zero review that’s what I would have done. I hope he changes to be more communicative and friendly to his clients

I have hired this lawyer back then for my family and I immigration case. And unfortunately I don’t have anything good to say about him. Mr Niba doesn’t communicate at all unless a due payment is involved, he doesn’t have any representative when he is not available, he can go for weeks without respond...ing to you. I was hopeful that throughout our journey that he could change those habits of him which can be seen unprofessional but nothing changed afterwards. My family and I decided to just move forward and hire someone else Instead in the middle of our case. Please read the disclosure very well before hiring him and make sure that you are aware of your agreement.

Anyone having gone through or is going through the immigration process knows how complex, drawn-out, expensive, stressful, and convoluted the process can be. I have friends and family who have the experience. They complain of lack of communication from their attorney in addition to the expected s...ame from immigration. They have to constantly contact their counsel repeatedly for any updates and explanation of letters received from USCIS. This is not the case with Mr. Niba. He is on point and stays ahead of the curve. Very responsive and very often informed us of updates in information prior to us actually receiving it from immigration. With there being a plethora of immigration attorneys out there willing to "take your money and run" knowing because you need the help, Mr. Niba is genuine. This is the man you need to see. If something can be done, he will find a way! Thank you, sir, for helping my family and I through the toughest trial we have had to face to date!
