Anyone having gone through or is going through the immigration process knows how complex, drawn-out, expensive, stressful, and convoluted the process can be. I have friends and family who have the experience. They complain of lack of communication from their attorney in addition to the expected s...ame from immigration. They have to constantly contact their counsel repeatedly for any updates and explanation of letters received from USCIS. This is not the case with Mr. Niba.
