Brad Wood is an associate practicing in the firm’s commercial and civil litigation group, as well as the corporate transactional group. Mr. Wood’s practice focuses on business torts, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, healthcare compliance, and employment litigation. Mr. Wood also represents businesses and their owners in a wide variety of matters including regulatory compliance, protection of confidential information, securities and finance, contract negotiation and review, and other general corporate matters.
Mr. Wood received his Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, where he completed the Emory Transactional Law Certificate program and was the President of the Emory Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Wood received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University in 2009, where he also went on to earn his Master’s degree in Management.
