I am the founding principal of Hall Benefits Law (HBL), an employee benefits law firm specializing in retirement plans, health and welfare benefits, and executive compensation legal services.  HBL also assists companies with health care reform, fiduciary liability issues, and qualified domestic relations orders. The mission of HBL is to provide comprehensive employee benefits and executive compensation services that exceed client expectations and are affordable. 

 

 

Prior to founding HBL, I practiced ERISA law for more than six years with two of Atlanta's largest law firms.  I earned my Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2006, and a Master of Laws in Taxation, with distinction, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007. I earned a Master of Science in International Development from the University of Bath in 2001 and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics, magna cum laude, in 2000 from Birmingham-Southern College.

Deferred Compensation Plan Assistance
Anne Tyler Hall is an experienced, knowledgeable and professional attorney who obtains the very best outcomes for her clients. Anne was able to solve an issue we had worked on for two years to transfer our 457(b) plan to a new plan provider. Her assistance was invaluable and now our employees are joining the plan for the first time in years now that we have the new plan provider. I highly recommend Hall benefits and would use them in the future for any issues that may arise. They also provide invaluable training to their clients on all the new changes HR professionals need to know.

Expert in her field!
Working with Anne Tyler Hall was a pleasure. She helped me transition two underperforming and underutilized retirement plans into a 401(k) plan for my organization. Anne was essential in walking me through the process, ensuring I understood any and all liability, and prepared appropriate documentation. I don't think the transition would have been as successful or smooth without Anne Tyler Hall's expertise.
