I can't find words to describe how wonderful Amber is..Amber is very knowledgeable about what she do she's very generous and polite and also great inside the courtroom. My wife and I had an issue with an realtor who took us to court we contact Amber she gave us a free consultation after speaking with... her there was no doubt that we wouldn't hire her. Amber review our paperwork and gave us strong confidence after the whole thing was over the 5 STARS tell you how marvelous of a work she did to made us victorious.

We put in for a Trademark and received a notice from USTPO requiring a response. I received a large number of emails from various lawyers, some quoting prices to "fix" my issue. After a free consult Amber explained that the likelihood of confusion between my requested TM and one that was already ...in force was too high and we would not be able to achieve registration. It is very refreshing to meet someone this honest and willing to turn away business because she did not feel we could overcome the Governments objections.

I'm no lawyer, but I was very impressed with the work that Amber had done while reading the OA response draft. What a difference hiring professional makes. Amber has and continues to keep me updated every step of the way as we continue down the path of my trademark application. I wish I would have hired her in the beginning for my trademark application; I believe if I had, I wouldn't have this problem. If there is one thing potential clients will need to understand is that Amber does not mince words; she is very direct. However, it is important to understand that her clients are entrepreneurs and businessmen/women. Time is very valuable to both parties, so to me this is a plus. If my business is successful, I will continue to lean on Amber's firm for consulting and legal needs.
