I wish zero stars was an option, hiring this attorney ended up being one of the most traumatic, upsetting, unprofessional experiences I have ever gone through. I had the displeasure of hiring this attorney after scouring to try and find a competent, well-reviewed attorney to hire. I use this site... as it is a reputable-well, trusted site and assumed that the reviews on this site would be legitimate. After consulting several attorneys, and receiving several quotes I stumbled across Yehuda’s profile a perfect 5 star 53 review rating— almost too good to be true, I quickly booked a consultation to inquire more about his services. After the first 30 seconds or so after talking to Yehuda on the phone, both his demeanor, weird discourse, guarantees, mentions of his prescription medication use, and several other red flags were present. However, the reviews (which I implore everyone to cross reference as well as the attorney reviews are in my opinion clearly manipulated (he gives reviews to his wife and other attorneys that he has already given reviews to. Further, 53, five-star reviews in itself suggests fraud in my opinion further i have identified and talked to the independent contractor he has hired). Simply follow his facebook page and reviews it becomes evident that he is unethical in my opinion. **Since the character count is limited I will state problems that have been documented on my end that I have no problem providing detail and please google his name more will come** -I gave Yehuda $7000 upfront and received no contract in regard to my case. He happily accepted my money without hesitation 100% paid in full as soon as I had gotten off the phone with him. - I maintained my innocence the entire time, clearly outlined my expectation as a client ie.how I would only accept a non-guilty plea. He agreed. He then lied to me about the plea deal I was offered, did not explain my charges correctly. And got the complete opposite charge he told me that was offered. It is a misdemeanor and relatively harmless however I was innocent and he did not do the due-diligence or contest any evidence that I had presented even though I had expressly brought up specific pieces of footage as well as sent him my own footage that exonerated me only to find out he never viewed any of the footage until I was getting charged in court (despite telling me there was a plea deal that didn’t exist). - I personally was stood up over 10 separate times that we had agreed to meet. Witnesses to my case were also stood up that corroborated my account. In fact, the only time he did 2 attend any meeting we had scheduled was 2 days before my court date that was set after of over a year after hiring him. He said he didn’t have to watch the 8 hours of footage and if he could send it to my girlfriend to review. As if that wasn’t an absolutely insane request, he then instead of talking to me was watching murder videos of his clients in Florida and proceeded to look at me directly in the face and ask me “have you ever seen a murder on video”. This was shocking and beyond concerning. - After sentencing I told him my frustration and he called me yelling and cussing saying I was on drugs, very odd behavior. I severed future representation and requested all documents according to the professional rules of conduct including the contract I never got, and was denied and sent court stubs. - I have filed a grievance complaint with the bar but I think legitimate business reviews are more effective and I dont want anyone going through my experience. Please use your best judgment follow the evidence and paper trails online and keep an eye out in the next few months i will publish ALL discourse and correspondence in honest business reviews that will bring all of this into a brighter light, more detail and expose and shed light onto this attorney. DO NOT HIRE, or do but this was my honest experience and a condensed version.
