Menachem Mendel Mayberg

I was referred to Menachem Mayberg by some I trust completely and know that they would only put me in the best hands possible me. I called Menachem and we had a good conversation where he explained me the process and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He is a lawyer however he... conversates in a very down to earth matter that you are for certain to comprehend your case fully and feel very confident in knowing this is that Menachem is a man of great integrity and always and only has his clients best interest in mine. After hiring this attorney, I quickly found out I had made the wrong selection of counsel. The case was a simple motion to set at side a conviction and the initial motion sent to the court was full of errors including grammatical and the case number which was not discovered until a year later. As ...a result of the lack of detail the case dragged in the wrong jurisdiction for over a year until he was instructed to refile the case with the correct case number. Two years we wasted on this lack of over sight. Thereafter, a hearing was set to present the motion to a judge and attorney Mayberg was late by over 30 minutes. The Judge was so furious that ended up denying the motion all together. I would certainly not recommend this attorney to any one.
