Mr. Sam Bruner is an amazing family attorney. He is patient, caring, compassionate, and extremely competent. He knows all the intricacies and complexities of Family Law and performs at the highest level in court. I found Mr. Bruner on the internet after seeing all the positive reviews online. When I... called him on his cell phone on a Sunday, I had just been served a TPO/restraining order, I was forced to leave my house, I was not allowed to see my children, and I felt alone and completely lost. After giving Mr. Bruner a quick summary of my legal issues over the phone, he completely understood what was happening and he told me that he could help me. I felt such an amazing relief after talking to him, and I knew I had found the right person to represent me. We met at his office in Buckhead and worked on a response to the TPO. He prepped me very well and I felt confident appearing in court. He is always very quick at returning emails or phone calls, and you can really tell that he sincerely cares for his clients. I also understand that in certain situations, he is willing to drive to a client's home if they cannot make it to his office. In court, he fought for me 120% and I could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable and organized but also very calm and collected. I was so pleasantly surprised by the outcome of the trial. Not only was he able to get my children back through visitations that had been previously taken away from me, but he was also able to get the judge to dismiss the TPO and the family violence class, which I understand is extremely difficult to do. I see him as my life savior. He is truly the best family attorney that I know. I have no regrets working with him, and I would absolutely recommend him to anybody who has family legal issues.

Mr. Bruner has a good handle on how the legal system works and how it affects the general population. By his life experiences, he has broad views that lend well to giving legal advice about family issues. With that said, it was fairly easy to trust this man with our personal dilemmas. Mr. Bruner ...is a man of conscious and caring who I believe is striving to help people have more peace of mind and quality in their lives. He was more than willing to listen to us and take into careful consideration how all our decisions would affect our lives. He also made a conscious effort to streamline our meetings and not play into the overly litigious nature of some aspects of court proceeding. Mr. Bruner is obviously an intelligent well rounded individual and I feel it helps when an attorney has some depth of character. After being in my own business for several years, I have met attorneys who have no ethics. That is not Mr. Bruner, he is not out to deposit your check and disappear. It is also fortunate that Mr. Bruner is located centrally in Buckhead. We are North of the perimeter, so it is nice not having to go downtown to get a quality representative. And that also makes it easier for Mr. Bruner to practice law in several metro Atlanta counties. He is very good at returning calls.

Your Review Mr.Bruner recently represented me in a very contentious child custody case involving my daughter,last year was 15 years old. Before working with Mr. Bruner, I had doubts that, as a father, the court system would would be able and willing to remedy a bad family situation involving my daug...hter based on previous experience.Out of all of my interactions with lawyers, I have found Mr Bruner to be one of the most competent, professional and understanding lawyers that I've ever met. He came to my home to meet and talk with my daughter and I(who was with me that weekend) to gain an understanding of our family dynamic and interactions. No other lawyer EVER bothered to do that before. He was able to clearly explain the legal process in a way that I could understand and was honest in his assessment. He clearly understood all of the issues involved and successfully navigated a complex case which helped me to get permanent custody of my daughter! .An as far as lawyers go, I did not feel that I was being gouged or taken advantage of. The cost of services provided by Mr. Bruner was FAR more reasonable than other lawyers and firms that I spoke with. I can not say enough about how satisfied I am with the services provided by the Bruner law firm.

Attorney Bruner was very patient when I called him with my situation. I was in tears while asking for help to escape/divorce a man that was not only verbally & physically abusing me, but threatening to kill me.
