Mr. Sam Bruner is an amazing family attorney. He is patient, caring, compassionate, and extremely competent. He knows all the intricacies and complexities of Family Law and performs at the highest level in court. I found Mr. Bruner on the internet after seeing all the positive reviews online. When I... called him on his cell phone on a Sunday, I had just been served a TPO/restraining order, I was forced to leave my house, I was not allowed to see my children, and I felt alone and completely lost. After giving Mr. Bruner a quick summary of my legal issues over the phone, he completely understood what was happening and he told me that he could help me. I felt such an amazing relief after talking to him, and I knew I had found the right person to represent me. We met at his office in Buckhead and worked on a response to the TPO. He prepped me very well and I felt confident appearing in court. He is always very quick at returning emails or phone calls, and you can really tell that he sincerely cares for his clients. I also understand that in certain situations, he is willing to drive to a client's home if they cannot make it to his office. In court, he fought for me 120% and I could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable and organized but also very calm and collected. I was so pleasantly surprised by the outcome of the trial. Not only was he able to get my children back through visitations that had been previously taken away from me, but he was also able to get the judge to dismiss the TPO and the family violence class, which I understand is extremely difficult to do. I see him as my life savior. He is truly the best family attorney that I know. I have no regrets working with him, and I would absolutely recommend him to anybody who has family legal issues.

Mr. Bruner has a good handle on how the legal system works and how it affects the general population. By his life experiences, he has broad views that lend well to giving legal advice about family issues. With that said, it was fairly easy to trust this man with our personal dilemmas. Mr. Bruner ...is a man of conscious and caring who I believe is striving to help people have more peace of mind and quality in their lives. He was more than willing to listen to us and take into careful consideration how all our decisions would affect our lives. He also made a conscious effort to streamline our meetings and not play into the overly litigious nature of some aspects of court proceeding. Mr. Bruner is obviously an intelligent well rounded individual and I feel it helps when an attorney has some depth of character. After being in my own business for several years, I have met attorneys who have no ethics. That is not Mr. Bruner, he is not out to deposit your check and disappear. It is also fortunate that Mr. Bruner is located centrally in Buckhead. We are North of the perimeter, so it is nice not having to go downtown to get a quality representative. And that also makes it easier for Mr. Bruner to practice law in several metro Atlanta counties. He is very good at returning calls.

Mr Bruner is a perfect example of what an Attorney should be. I must say that my recent experience with him has not only enlightened me on legal matters but has drawn my interest in the direction of studying Law. I had worked with a very lazy, incompetent and irresponsible Attorney who drowned me fin...ancially and basically threw me to the wolves. As the petitioner, I was in a fight of my life with my Attorney that couldn't do nothing for me. As i cried out for help, another out of state Attorney recommended Mr Bruner. Right from day one, I knew he was God sent. He is very professional, knowledgeable, affordable, friendly and approachable, and to my astonishment, he comes to you at home, office or any where that is convenient for his client. He is not the kind of Attorney that operates and practice from the Towers and charges the clients all kinds of money. He comes to you and takes his time to listen, understand and offer adequate advice and then educates you on the matter. This education goes on through out the duration of the case and by the time he is done with you, going to law school is no more an option. He responds to phone calls and emails in a supper timely manner. As complicated as my case was, he was able to reduce my child support and redirected the case in my favor. I have not smiled for over a year since the battle began until Mr Bruner came to my rescue. I strongly recommend this Attorney to any one. I am very happy and satisfied with his representation! Sam. He got me my son. My wife and I had scoured the internet looking for a lawyer that we could trust. It was rather disheartening to find that the majority of lawyers out there, are sleazy, at least in our opinion. Then, we came across Sam. To be frank, I did not think that people like Sam Bruner still existed. Even lawyers who were listed as sensitive to the LGBT community, did not express interest or optimism in "the case" because it involved the dissolution of same-sex marriages not legally protected in the state of Georgia. My young daughter is in and out of the hospital, and Sam immediately focused on the difficulties my little girl stood to face without proper protection, rather than focusing on the complexities he might encounter in navigating in this murkier arena of family law. Sam and I have shared many cups of coffee at my kitchen table the 6 months he's represented me, and he has been consistently compassionate, while educating me on the surprising subtleties of law, My entire family has gotten to know Sam, and he has uplifted us all. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Sam, is that he cares about the truth. He came to my daughter's birthday party to be se sure that he was representing someone who was honorable as a parent. It feels great to have someone who is so knowledgeable, and kind in our corner.
