Unbelievable outcome. This was my 2d DUI over a span of years and Richard personally got it reduced to reckless driving. No loss of driving privilege. Not one single day! This was my second time charged with DUI. Mr. Lawson successfully got the charge reduced to "Reckless Driving". If I had been convicted of the DUI charge, not only would I have been facing possible jail time and certain hefty fines, but automatic dismissal from my job, which would have been a devasta...ting outcome for me. In the investigation report, the conclusion of the professional evaluator was that "this is a tough case for the defendant." The first big victory that Mr. Lawson secured for me was the prompt return and reinstatement of my license, which I surrendered when I refused the field breathalyzer the night of my arrest. That development proved to be a good harbinger for the rest of my case.
