Richard Scott Lawson

Obviously when you are facing any arrest your mind goes to a worst case scenario. Mine did. Richard and his staff -- from his assistant, Jessica to his legal clerk, Sarah -- took the time to listen to me, assuage my fears and guide me through this process. Never once was I left to guess. Every qu...estion was answered and explained. Every phone call, text and email was answered almost immediately. I literally was made to feel like the firm's only client. That was the personal level of attention they gave me. When it came time to enter my plea, Richard was able to get all 3 of my DUIs dismissed (1 DUI and two counts of endangering a child). I pled guilty to Reckless Driving and a Hit and Run with zero additional jail time. I would recommend Richard to anyone facing the same situation. This was my first run in with the law at 63.It was a DUI out of state. As soon as possible I started my search for an attorney. Mr. Lawsons firm was my first call.
